Suneeta Mellacheruvu is a seasoned Marketing Executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth through performance based marketing strategies in organizations ranging from small startups to global Fortune 500, serving both B2B and B2C markets. She currently serves as the Vice-President of Marketing & Demand Generation at a multi-national management consulting firm, developing and managing marketing strategies across 4 business operations. Some of her other roles in the past have included Director of Research for a consulting firm in Paris, France and member of Marketing Strategy team for Compaq in Belgium. Suneeta is passionate about connecting brands to their customers, developing creative storytelling and demonstrating an organization’s unique value proposition. Suneeta earned her Masters in International Business from Schiller International University in Paris, France & London and Master of Arts in Economics from University of Madras, India. She is happily married and lives in Austin, Tx, raising two active high-schoolers. Suneeta is fluent in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, French.
Erica Lies, Content Specialist
Erica Lies has eight years experience as a freelance writer, with a diverse array of writing credits. Her work has run in such publications as Paste Magazine, The Hairpin, Splitsider, and even McSweeney’s Internet Tendency. Erica previously worked as an oral historian at the Briscoe Center for American History for nine years, where she edited a book manuscript of her interviews with Texas legal titan, Joe Jamail. Her copywriting clients have included Aquasana, Local Leaf yaupon maté tea, and furniture company Erik Organic. Erica holds a BFA from West Virginia University and an MA from The University of Texas at Austin, both in theater. In addition, she produces for the Austin chapter of live storytelling phenomenon, Mortified, and teaches sketch comedy writing at ColdTowne Theater.
